You copy the .tlb file from the zip into SysWOW64, that's it. How's that as bad as GCC? Then it's no longer missing and there's no more error.

Against dilettante's wise advice not to dump things into system folders, I moved it to C:\Windows\SysWOW64\oleexp.tlb
Same error as before. Interesting: The error box says it is missing in the project's folder. But if I place a copy there, VB won't find it.
