How do I change the icon of my exe file?
Once I finalize my VB project and package it can I make it so the icon of the exe file is customized some how?

Goto Project menu -> (project) Properties. Click the Make tab. Select the form with the icon you want.

Inno setup allows you to do that see here:http://www.jrsoftware.org/
Takes a day or two to fully get comfortable with the scripting language, but then it is really good, especially as it is free.

Let me try that again
I think I'm asking a more simplistic question. All I want is to have it so the icon that you click on to run my program once its installed, is a custom icon. Like when you install a game the main exe file you click on that starts the program has a picture uniqe to that game. How do I do that? I have no experiance with that type of thing.

Download MicroAngelo from www.impactsoft.com
Great icon and animated icon creator/editor. Now you just need an artistic side.
