    What chart would I use?

I'm drawing a blank on this. It's probably the simplest type of chart - something shaped like a "bucket" or cylinder, and filled to a given percentage (see attached pic). What type of chart would I use for this? (And additionally, what would be the best way to show the percentage value on top of it?)

If you are using the charting class, the closest you will come to that is the column chart type. There is no way you'll get that type of graphic from it though.
Process control doesn't give you good quality, it gives you consistent quality.

Thanks for your reply. The graphic will not have to be as fancy as the one shown in the image. The column chart would be serviceable, as you say. However, I'm looking into doing it with vertically oriented progress bar.

You could use a progress bar, or a picture box, or you could have a background image you draw over to show the level. So many ways to do it...
