I'm pooped. Nothing a pot of coffee won't fix though! I couldn't sleep last night. It was 95 degrees and rained and nothing would cool down the house.

    Is MSN up yet?

Tut! Coffee is bad for you

Just one cup of coffee could put the heart under extra pressure for upto three hours, scientists say.

They have discovered the amount of caffeine in a cup of the beverage is enough to stiffen the arteries for that period - tand the first one of the day is the most dangerous.

The finding is important because stiff arteries lead to high blood pressure and prevent the heart from working properly. Although doctors have long suspected caffeine may be linked to heart disease, it is the first time tests have shown it has a direct effect on the arteries.

Don't worry Chris. I have a protien bar to go along with my coffee so it all balances out....kind of like eating a greasy cheeseburger with a diet coke...they counteract each other and therefore you consume no calories!

My biology teacher would probably have shot me first

I probably won't be around as I have a job interview tomorrow so staying up until 2am is a bit excessive...

Howdy Folks! I thought I'd better pop back in.

Hey Keds. This will cheer you up.

Q: How many Heisenbergs does it take to change a light bulb?
A: If you know the number, you don't know where the light bulb is.

P.S. And then hopefully you can explain the joke to me as I just searched the web for physics jokes
"I'd rather have a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy!"
