VB.net Webbrowser Windows-Security-PopUp when opening networkfiles / HELP

I am having a problem with the Webbrowser component in VB.net (Winforms). I am using it as a file-browser and it does what it should all in all.

My problem is when opening a file on a network-drive I get the following message:



(Translation: Do you what to accept files/programms from this website will be executed on your Computer?)


It does not occur when browsing and opening files on my local machine.

I allready tried to reconfigure the Internet options with no change on the issue.


(Translation: Start unsecure Applications)


I Started the application with Admin rights – no luck with it.
The next thing I tried out was to set the UCS to low. That also made no difference.
I was writing in other Forums without any usefull help there and now hoping for finding a solution here.
