Rules for Chit Chat

I personally think that chit chat is getting too mundane and request that the following rules be enacted

1) Do not introduce facts into an argument. They ruin anecdotes.
2) Do press the Quote button on every post. The total thread may end up too short and not qualify for govt assistance.
3) Do grammar not use. (or speak German)
4) Do post replies as zip files so that readers must pass the "I am really interested" test before receiving the privilege of your words.
5) No humungous words. Better still, a two syllable limit.
6) No arguing with obvious experts in their field. eg We have some for religious threads
7) Do hit the New Thread button at least half the time instead of the Post Reply button. This introduces a charming randomness to the thread.
8) If you are going to offend someone ALWAYS say "Not to offend you" before you do.
9) Don't press the Submit New Thread button until you have fin......

Ozmodiar is quite close to Octothorpe (note the similarity!) and so u may prefer # to & ?? oops forgot rule 2 again....
