Can't post a reply
Am trying to post a reply in this thread: http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.p...quot-End/page4
But it's showing me this error each time:

I tried both the quick reply and the advanced, same result.

Can you email me what you are trying to post in the reply that isn't working? I want to see what text you are entering.
Send to forums <at> VB Forums <dot> Com
(no spaces and add the codes)
Edit: and include the URL of the thread you are trying to post to.
Thanks!
Brad!

@JB - did you include the phrase system32 by any chance? there's another thread where the discussion about how including that phrase breaks something in the forum software ... to get around it you have to add spaces or stuff empty tags into it system32 like I did above.

Re: Can't post a reply
That's not the only case that causes this, and FAR from the weirdest. There's a thread in the forum test area where I was testing out some text. I narrowed it down to three lines of text. Any two of them are fine, but all three of them will cause the error. Frankly, that one takes some effort to do intentionally, let alone by accident. It's just something that is going to take some time to figure out, most likely.
My usual boring signature: Nothing

Unfortunately that's saved in Notepad++ on my home computer, which is powered off back in Michigan as I'm in California this week for work.

I did have that in my reply to the post, was mentioning that the GWX folder in the windows sys folder is something that could be renamed and the win10 upgrade suggestions stop coming up, though it's all a moor point as that all ended last week.
