It doesn't validate.
Aside from that, the opening page is sparse, and the heading banner isn't flush in the corner so the black menu box doesn't line up with the left side teal box.
Below is a screen shot of what I see.

Sorry, the screen shot is 2.3MB. It wouldn't upload. I don't have anything to convert it this bitmap to a GIF or JPEG.

I just checked and there is a gap between the bottom of the logo and main menu table.
I don't have any solution, and I am using notepad. It would be great if you tell me how to fix it

If you want to look at a great example:
Checked out www.vbgarage.com? It has the best theme as far as being "easy on the eyes" IMHO.

No, really, I wasn't! I was just suggesting what I thought was the best theme I've come across.
If you want me to pick on you I will though!

are you using NS? this is what I see in Netscape
the reason you have gaps in teh top is because netscape doesn't use TOPMARGIN=0
NS uses marginheight=0 and marginwidth=0

I'm using Opera, but that is what I see.
Yes, it is a margin issue, but all attributes of the body tag have been depreciated. He needs to use CSS.
Abdul, check the validator and W3C.

I have always and will always use a text editor for my web work. Don't mess with FrontPage or InterDev or anything.

the older versions of netscape suck (4.4 or lower) They don't support CSS as far as I know. And Netscape also cannot set the cellpadding, cellspacing of a table to 0. That is why it is happening I think but I will still check that web site that you pointed on for some corrections.
BTW check the download section now. How do like that layout of that page when I have a download in there?

There was no 4.4. It was either 4.0x or 4.5x and up.
