Giving up is easy! I've done it lots of times!
I finally gave up 9 years ago.
Try using your lungs for somthing else eg. take up running you will realise how unfit you are.
When I gave up I went running every morning for the first 2 weeks and I used to get through vast quantites of chocolate whenever I had the urge to smoke.
