Only NT4 SP4 NTFS is compatible with Win2000, that might be your problem.

Well...
That could be the reason, but is there any solution
to get it fixed or to read the drive?
We tryed with nt4 sp6 but the screen went black with
blinking cursor, nothing else happens.

Yes it was SP5, I knew it was the last one available and I forgot about 5 (and 6 which I didn't know about in the first place)
I think you should wipe everything and start again marex, it sound pretty terminal. Remember to install SP5 before installing 2000.

It is terminal I think, I don't need NT4 anymore it was just
to try to recover the backup files from that corrupted drive.
Next time I'll put backups on a cd .
So problem will be solved by formatting the second drive.
Thanks for the support.

I tryed with PM but nothing works.
Can't convert to fat32.
Master File Table corrupted or unreadable.
Any new ideas or is this terminal.
I'll wait until 20.00PM and then format the drive.
Isn't there anything as a disc doctor?
Thanks
