    Icons

    Does anyone know of a really good freeware Icon Editor and where I can get it?

    I keep trying to use Photo Impact, but for some reason can't get the background to be transparent.
    My evil laugh has a squeak in it.

    It's not free. It has a 30-day limit, but it never seems to really expire. And it rocks. Microangelo.

    I had that at one time, but that link doesn't seem to have a site.

    I tried searching download sites, but everything I found was poo.

    you can edit icons in visual C++. Thats what i use.
