    [Word] Enum Systray's buttons, GetIconPixel

    This code is more a brain storming, than a realiable code...
    it's was writen because wanted to know if an external program is running or was paused by the end user ...
    and i did'nt found any clue. All the time I search, I saw a little icône in the systray => Red or in Grey (Running/Pause)
    frustration......

    I am not prood of this code , it was tested only on Windows 7 64x(french) and Word 2010... it can be use also in Excel, VB6

    If some one could help me to make it better ?

    ps this code is heavly inpire by an other code (working only on XP), found some where I forgot....
