    host wont release domain

sorry for cross posting, but im really pis*ed of at this

    ***
Hi, I need a little help

my domain host closed down my account 'cause i repeativly sent emails to them, they wouldnt reply to my emails, so after 3 days i would send another, and after a while i would send one a day until one day my account was closed (the emails i was sending was a complaint about there ASP extentions were not working)

no just before they closed my account i ordered a domain name thru them... this domain name has not been registered, thou they have billed me twice for it, and they will not reply back to my emails requesting they release my domain name that i moved to them, and request that i be credited for the two charges to a domain name that i do not hold... no i have had NO reply as such, and this has been going on for ages....

does anyone know anything else i can do?? im a bit stuck here

    thanks
    simon

Threaten a lawsuit, or contact ICANN.

I don't know that they'll be able to help you, but you might try [email protected].
