MS does not support my clients. I do support them. If I can’t fulfill their needs , one way or another, someone else will.

MS supposed to support it’s clients. Means us.
But it’s been a long time (about 15 years) , so we have learned to live without their support.

Let me give you a very simplistic example.
vb6 does not support saving *.jpg files. But I bet , all of us support this in our apps. So our clients have to know nohing about this little “secret”.
