i have a system that i play sound through a bluetooth sound bar. The problem is that in windows 8 it doesn't re-connect. I know how to write a program to open the sound playback devices and enable the soundbar but i don't want to do that unless it's not already enabled. I have had zero luck enumerating installed playback devices. Does anyone know how to do that?
