Apple Watch Poll
There should have been an "Undecided" option for question 2. Since I am undecided...

Re: Apple Watch Poll
No undecided for me. Straight up "No" to both questions. But I'm pretty much a technophobe.

Re: Apple Watch Poll
For 350 is should be able to work on its own, but it cant it still needs to be paired with an iPhone. Granted most "smart" watches are like that but for $50 more one can get the Samsung Gear S wich can be paired with a phone or sued stand-alone (it gets its own cell# so it can make/sent texts, email, and calls too. Additinally some of teh initial usability reviews have not been too good.

Re: Apple Watch Poll
I have a $10 Timex watch that I bought from Target 2 years ago that works really well. I think that I will probably stay with that considering that there is a 3500% markup between the iWatch and my current watch.

Re: Apple Watch Poll
I stopped carrying a watch on a regular basis years ago. Mostly because, anything i need from my watch - like the time - i could get from my phone. on those cases where I really need a watch, I have a small collection of poicket watches that work just fine for me.

Re: Apple Watch Poll
For 350 i would expect it have some actual useful features that i might want to use and not just look cool!
The problem full stop with a watch is you cannot use it 2 handed which very much limits what you can do.
When we get some sort of proper gesture control then i predict Wearables will take off, until then they are just nice fashion accessories!
