Eastern Time
US Eastern Time in the user CP produces the wrong time (GMT -5 might be right but I have to use GMT -4 to get the right time).

If it is off for everyone, ol' Johnny might have just set the clock wrong by one hour or something.

Not everyplace in the world adjusts their clocks for daylight savings time... So us east-coasters will just have to use -4...

yeah same here on the west coast. I have to set mine to mountain time instead of pacific time.
