    Exclamation Run-Time Error "339"

    Run-Time Error "339"
Component "FM20.dll" or one of its dependencies not correctly registered, a file is missing or invalid.

I get this message everytime I try to run the game. I have DirectX8 and VB6 Runtimes properly installed.

What is it, where can I get it?

    Are you talking about Sentience.
You may not have the file FM20.dll in your System.
I had the same problem in the beginning too.
Then I downloaded the file from the Net.
If that file exists then, it must have not been registered properly.
Register it using 'Regsrv32.exe' only(According to MS) or Reference the file using Visual Basics

This problem... I cannot help. Try starting the game when all other programs are closed.
Exit your programs in Task Bar and those present in Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and then try.
When I first ran the game I got an error message too.
So have a few others. But it does occur after opening the program after 1-2 times.

To be safe, run these lines from the run menu:

    "regsvr32 [path to FM20.dll]\FM20.dll"
    "regsvr32 [path to FM20.dll]\FM20.dll" /u
    "regsvr32 [path to FM20.dll]\FM20.dll"

To make sure that it wasn't half-installed before it. It may be corrupt the first time you register it, and if it is only half registered it'll give you an error when you try to unregister it.

According to Microsoft and some other sites, FM20.dll should be registered only using 'regsvr32.exe'. Anyway I had also downloaded a file 'FM20enu.dll'. I wonder what it is for.
