    How Am I Supposed

    to moderate the forums if I have to wait 60 seconds!?

    Moderators have a specific section designated for reports. If somebody were to get mad at a moderator then they would try to flood the reports section with a bunch of bogus reports. Plus I remember one guy a while back thinking that he had to report every single post in his thread because he didn't realize that his actions violated the AUP until later on in the thread and didn't know you only had to report it once. So we had several reports on really one thing.

    I'm sure that's why there is a time limit between reports.
