    It is done because of performance issues - it's faster that way.

    I guess, but people who (annoyingly enough) use the caps lock would get this: :EEK: Just a minor issue that could be resolved in 2.0.3.

    2.0.3 is mainly a security fix so perhaps we should have it...

    Could be a good idea. I think John only checks the Forum Feedback page once a day.

    This case-sensitivity is unlikely to change, for performance reasons. Sorry! Just use the clickable smilies in the box on the left

    That's why (I think) entering a subject in the arrogant ALL CAPS becomes Initial Caps instead.
