    Premiere

What format do you use to get optimal quality/filesize ratio? QuickTime? MPEG? AVI?

I'm trying to make 11-minute movies where several can fit on one CD. The content is at video CD resolultion: 352x240 (NTSC) or 352x288 (PAL).

Seriously, it has to be a format that nearly all computers with WiMP or QuickTime would support. I just tried WMV: it got a GREAT ratio, but the video and audio were so-so.
