Password Reminders
We've (the moderators) been discussing the importance of good passwords, and how you should to things such as having upper and lower characters, have symbols, and have numbers. You should also change them regularly and make sure they are of an appropriate link.
Having discussed that, we also discussed how it is hard to remember a lot of passwords. To help with that, I've created this thread so we can simply write down our passwords so they are easy to find later. You can simply create a post with your ID and your password for easy reference:
id: brad jones
pw; Jumb0$x
See - now I can simply come back here to find my pw.
Go wild!

Re: Password Reminders
My first thought was that you guys were going to start enforcing periodical password changes around here. Thank god no!

That's my actual password....except that none of the letters are right. Not the right letters and not the right number of them, but you know what they say: One mans fish is another mans poisson.

Re: Password Reminders
Password security is clearly important. That's why we should make them as obtuse and difficult to remember as possible. To that end I've changed mine to:-

Re: Password Reminders
Since this is Forum Feedback, I'd like to call attention to the odd double-post I made earlier. I've never seen that happen before. I posted, then almost immediately edited the post to add a pun, and I see that it didn't edit the original post, but replicated the original post while adding on the extra text.
Inconceivable!!

Re: Password Reminders
Good idea - I know I constantly run in to this situation myself. At least here now I won't need to remember my pwd all the time. Now I have a bit more room in my brain for more trivial things.
