HTWOO for VBS to EXE - trouble installing?

I downloaded the zip file for HTWOO from Sourceforge, but all it had were 3 files ... a DLL, an .EXE, and a picture.

The .EXE only brings up a "Compile" button that asks you to browse for a .JS file. (not a vbs file).

When I forced it to do VBS by directly pasting in the full path for a .vbs file I had, it created an .exe, but when I double click the .exe, nothing happens.

The VBS file works fine - several inputboxes, etc.

    What gives?

Did you download the right one? I found three... one for JS, one for PHP and one for VBS...

Oops - that makes sense, then. I was actually relying on someone from our (distant, outsourced) "IT" department to deliver the files to me from that page, since my company blocked access to the download page and they refused to actually unblock it.
