[Serious] Family Guy, Simpsons, South Park

Very serious discussion. Majority of people fit into one of the following categories: Family Guy person, Simpsons Person or South Park person. Of course there are other adult cartoons (American Dad, King of the Hill, Futurama, etc) but these are the big ones.

Simpsons is easily my favourite animated sitcom and Seinfeld my favourite sitcom.

The Simpsons until the end of season 11 when they killed off Maude Flanders and a ton of writing talent left the show. Should have let it die by season 18 but there was too much money to be made.

But then again, pretty much all successful sitcoms run way past their prime and later lame episodes (and entire seasons) really dilute the syndication pool so reruns tend to be hit-or-miss.

FG for me, but I would have voted for American Dad had it been an option.

Futurama is beyond perfection and is therefore not eligible to be voted upon by puny mortals. Quite correct that it not be included in the poll.

I'm old enough to remember that one... Not terribly entertaining as I recall about 40 years later but HKP did have the voice of the late, great Benjamin Sherman "Scatman" Crothers.

My favorite was Ducktales and then Thundercats. For Simpson clones i would vote Futurama.
