every once in a while I do something that puts VB6 into a funky state in which a form cannot be made wider that about 7200 Twips.
so Far I have always gotten out of the funky state after 5 minutes or more of randomly pecking at the Maximize/Restore buttons at the upper right of the Windows (and perhaps clicking on something else). I never remember what I did to cause the funky state, and I never remember what I did to get out of it.
When it happens, I cannot drag right edge of form wider than about 7200 Twips. Going into properties and assigning width to 8000 or more results in 7200.
If I run the application, I can drag right edge of form normally.
Does anybody know what causes this? Is is a VB Bug? Am I clicking on something I should leave alone?
Please help before it drives me crazy. This time it does not seem to be going away.
Thanx
