code red virus
After reading in the paper about this virus that will slow internet bandwidth at 8pm tonight (7/31/01 or 31/7/01). Of all the sites that this could affect, I sure hope that you get the patch because I definately dont want this site down!!! If you dont have winNT of win2000pro, dont worry. But if you do, get the patch!!!

And the other critical thing that nobody is mentioning, ONLY IF YOU ARE RUNNING NT/2000 AND Microsoft Internet Information Server (or whatever IIS stands for).

mySQL crashed, nothing to do with code red. As already mentioned, code red requires Win2k and MS IIS. This site uses (according to John) Linux.

I checked and it does indeed use Linux
