I get the following error when I put the '#' in:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e14'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Syntax error in date in query expression 'EVENT_TYPE=8 and NAME='' and datepart(month, DATE_TIME)=#4# and datepart(day, DATE_TIME)=#25#'.

Any idea?
