    voice and video communication over the web

    Hi, I want to create a program - like netmeeting - that allows you to commnicate with somebody using voice and video using thier IP address.

    I am able to play around with video capturing locally - its mean that I can only preview my video and save it in .avi format.

    Do you know any documentation that shows you this or any tutorial on the web?
