VS2012: Inserting a cover page (single page) in to a multi page tif.

I'm wondering if anyone has a working example of inserting a single page tif in to a multi page tif? I'm able to insert the single page in to a new document with the first page of the multi page tif but I'm having difficulty looping through and adding each frame from the multi page tif.

I think, unless you think otherwise, this question would be better asked in the General Developer Forum.

You're probably right. I'm trying to do it server-side from a client-side button click.
