Threads?
How are other threads spawned? I found _beginthread(), _beginthreadex()... are there any other functions that arent MFC?

Alright I have found some other functions... actually a whole bunch of them... but can anyone explain what a Job Objects, and Fiber Objects are?

The native CreateThread function is what most Win32 programmers normally use.
I think Fibers [sic] are similar to pipes in that you use them for interprocess communication.
