If you wanna fire up an exe from your vb program then u can simply use Shell command.
eg
Private Sub Command1_Click()
Shell "c:\winnt\system32\notepad.exe", vbNormalFocus
End Sub

How do I load a picture from an INI file, you know like me.picture=and then put in the code for the ini thing.
