Lightbulb 3DFX Symbol before a game...

    Hi!

What is the 3DFX short 'movie' is standing before a game,
that's because the game uses OpenGL or what?
    Does VB supports that?

Anyway, can I use OpenGL in VB?
Does anyone have some examples with OpenGL?

    Thank you,
    Arie. (mag.up.co.il)

It's just the 3dfx splash screen and you get it with DX, OpenGL, and Glide.

I knocked that up a while ago. It's non-3D but good for getting started and from there you're sorted

    Nope not dead for me

Unless you consider it dead because it doesn't point to a real page Click on SimpleGL.html in that case

You can download the source for the first (setting up an openGL windows app) in it's VB flavour, and use it as a starting point. That's how I learned OGL.
