why does neo hit ctrl-x : matrix
When neo gets the messages on his computer like: wakeup neo, and knock knock neo.. You know the scenes while the hell does he hit ctrl-x what kind of messed up os has the command. I've tried evry windows system, linux, and macOS Ctrl-x does nothing any thoughts

Tried DOS? Many DOS apps will exit on ctrl-x...

in most MS apps it's a shortcut for cut. Anyway, that useless bit of info aside... 
1) IT'S A FILM - IT'S NOT REAL !!!!!
2) He's a programmer / hacker, he could have made an OS, or a windows type app in the style of DOS.
3) Stop ripping the second best film ever made !

Have you seen Swordfish yet.
There's a bit where the dude is on a late night code run (red wine - obviously). He shouting and ranting. Prolly the most accurate depiction of a coder on film ever.

I seriously think you need to get out more. You saw something in a movie, and went around trying the same stuff on every computer you see? Why not try all the gun scenes (would have been a little more interresting) It's a movie....nothing more.....let it go.....
