    .gif in vb

    ok, im doin some work with forms and stuff and i want to have lik an animation run on a form. i inserted this .gif animation into a form and when i pressed play it just sat there doin nothin, so i was wonderin how do i make a .gif animation actually play when i execute the prog i made. kinda like the opening credits of a game or whateva.

    I believe this is the control that you would require. I couldn't attach it...it's a bit bigger than allowed so here is the url. It also comes with a sample project to help you along.
