    stupid question

    This is probably the easiest question you have ever been asked.
    I just installed visual studio 98 enterprise edition. It all went well with no errors. Now, where is the executable, or whatever you use, to run vc++?
    Unlike the saying goes, I do not want a stupid answer, please!

    By default, it should be in:

    Start > Program > Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 > Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0

    It's because you don't "run" Visual C++ - you run the IDE. That's common across Visual C++, J++, and some other things.
