I was wondering how to change the text in the IE address bar. I don't want to use the Internet controls or the Web control, primarily because I don't know how to determine which window to change if many instances of IE were open. I used the code I found on how to retrieve the text in the address bar but changed the GETTEXT to a SETTEXT, it changed what was in the box but it wasn't the string that I passed, it was a bunch of random ascii characters.
