hey, thanks for the reply.
i had checked there were no VBA codes, no hidden WS.
I was suspecting that the file might have been corrupted during the conversion from 2003 to 2010.
Just used the file "save as" method and clicking on the 2010 format.
I tried the method on this link: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...001034656.aspx
saving the file as SYLK (Symbolic Link) and converting it back to normal excel file, it works fine.
I had actually scan the file before doing anything and found nothing, so it could be the conversion that have caused the messed up.
The taller the bamboo grows the lower it bends...
