Make forms transparent?
Is there a way to make forms see through? Like alpha-blended what I mean.

I made an example using some code I found on Planet Source Code
when the form is active it's fully visible when it's not active it's
transparent. The author didn't put his/her name in the code.
there are lots of different was to do it but this one worked the best.
in my opinion.

I'm using Xp which is 2000 sorry it didn't work for you.
