I want to be a chit chat moderator! Everyone loves me, right? Yep I thought so! Make me a mod! Please!!!!!!

While Megatron is REALLY helpful he just never hangs out in chit chat! He should definitely moderate all the other boards but not chit chat considering he rarely goes in there... We ALL love Katie, she's great! She should be a mod for chit chat she has like 10,000 posts!!

While I am flattered by the recommendation I must decline.

I do not feel that a moderator is needed in Chit-Chat.

I know I have told people at times to lay off bagging on the kids of the forum and the "offender" has responded well. I have also pointed out other offensive posts and the poster has dealt well with it.

I think the reason for his is because I stated my opinions in a respectful manner and did not get upset about it. If others did the same, I think the forum would "police" itself and we wouldn't have any problems.

If any problems did arise that the parties were not able to handle themselves, they could them report them to the moderators for action.

Things have been going just fine in Chit-Chat, with only a very few exceptions, and I think we should let it continue as is.

I'd say Katie should be a moderator even if just to have a representative of the real chatters in a position of authority. Despite this, she seems to exude (lovely word ) authority anyway because I don't recall seeing anyone not following her instructions in situations the moderators here are meant to defuse.
