[RESOLVED] facebook app.. x-frame-options DENY?

i'm trying to write an application for facebook, this will be my first app. i get the following error in the javascript console when trying to open the app through facebook within the iframe.

Refused to display 'URL HERE' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'DENY'.

if i open the app outside of facebook, it works fine. how would i go about fixing this? any suggestions? i've tried to search on google, but nothing of what i found has worked so far.

i'm not certain what information you guys need to help me here, so please ask.

after trying to fix this for 14 hours I've managed to get it working, I don't know how its even working since i use the same code as I started out with.. lol
