Anlgo what? The Whole English language is based on Greek and Latin. If you didn't use these words you will end up talking like this:
Eh, at's up? are we going to the stuff to do the , that we did it when it was done.
Although i am not sure about do-did. It may come from Latin "do ut des". Can you take your Anglo-Saxon lexicon(I Greeked it up) and help?
