    One of my PC has the same config as yours and I never came across the problem that you are describing. Like I mentioned above, let's see if anyone else has faced that problem....

    When you see this happen, are there any JavaScript errors on the page?

    Are you running any addon's within Firefox?

    no javascript errors page loads....... then that toolbar dont load up i have to refresh the page again or press the prevew button til that toolbar shows , i dont have addons
