    Visual Basic express 2010 and MySQL

    Hello everyone, as beginner i have one problem
    I connected to MySQL via vb on localhost but when i publish project( and change host destination to IP from MySQL pc) it won't login. Is there some settings on MySQL to allow remote connection( already give all privileges to root user and host is %) or mine should i change something on code.
    note: i can connect to db from network pc IP/phpmyadmin
