My friend and I are trying to make a script where you can login using names and passwords from an access 2000 database. When I seu it up on my computer (PWS/Win98) and try to log in, nothing happens. The status bar says "Opening page confirm.asp at [ip] ..." until i hit the Stop button. When my friend tries it, he can log in fine. When he sets it up on his computer (IIS5/Win2k Pro) he can login fine, but I can't. I think this is really strange, especially since ASP is server-side and my computer's specs shouldn't matter (do they?). If anyone needs the code I can post it.
