OK, well I'm not really sure what a "squash" is (we don't have them in UK, that's what we call cordial) but I'd hesitate a guess and say that yeah, it's a squash.
It tastes... vegetablelike. You use it in stuff like rattatui

I guessed that. It's like Aubergine isn't it - the Americans call them eggplants.

Okay....I just did a search on courgettes and I think they are bell peppers...but they aren't cucumber shaped so maybe I'm wrong. They sounded very similar....bell peppers can be green, red, or yellow and are very yummy! Not sure if it's the same thing though.

Those you listed are new phenomenas, and take the grade down a bit in my opinion (apart from Millionnaire)
And all of them (apart from Weakest Link) are mere American interpretations of the original. So

I saw that chap with the knife on the news and he was trying to say that he was joking when he did it.... okay, either he isn't the btightest beacon in the harbour or he's a little bit disturbed in the head. Either way, I don't think I would be comfortable locked in a house with someone like that!
I'm sure we'll hear more news of him in weeks to come

Junkyard Wars, Who's line is it anyway are direct imports not remakes........much better! I do like BattleBots though. I didn't realize it was a remake.

Nah, they're both remakes.
Junkyard wars in britain is called scrapheap something or other, and is hosted by Kryten from Red Dwarf. The American whos line is it anyway is hosted by Drew Thingymybob from the Drew Carrey show...er, okay, I guess that would be Drew Carrey then...
I'm having a bit of a problem with whatchamacallits... er names this afternoon

Aha! I suspect you're getting the British version of the program after-all. I must apologise! Up here in Canuck land they constantly show the American versions, which are actually just as good.... except they dodn't have Bodger Bowser in the Junkyard teams....

I heartily agree with Tom. In fact, this guidline could be extended to any number of shows....
