Anyone else with tecsupport having problems

Ive not benn able to access my website, cpanel or even contact the server provider to open a ticket.

I am thinking maybe its at my end but im not sure, so id like a few people to help me chekc.

Can someone check if they can access my website at:
    http://www.rafnet.co.uk

See if it loads properly (its a flash site so takes a few seconds to load)

Also can you check if you can access the server provider site at:
    http://www.tecsupport.info

If you can get these loading up then the problem must be at my end, if not then are other people with ttecsupport having the same problems. I wouldnt bother but its been several days.

It's DNS issue.... Both of these domains have not been registered with DNS and therefore they can't be found on the web.

this is a big problem then. no rafnet.co.uk is with oneandone.co.uk and the domain (only) was redirected to another site. but it was linked to a server with tecsupport. i hope these havent pulled a fast one. its ridiculous i had mysql databases and so many files on the server and now no access and no support... so much for tec"support".

what can i do, those databases were evry important

Not sure if this is related but awhile ago I had same problem on our local network wit my webhost. The cause was the settings on our router where blocking certain features on the site, we just needed to keep configuring the router until when found a combination that gave us access to the block features again.

http://www.rafnet.co.uk works OK today. DNSstill doesn't resolve on tecsupport.info domain. Misspelling? Maybe its techsupport.info instead?

Re: Anyone else with tecsupport having problems

i had to temporary set the forward type to URL not DNS. so its forwards to my actual site. NO its def tecsupport.info as i have gone to their site before. This is ridiculous. I had paid up till may 2013 so im being ripped off.

Who do i complain to as it actually constitutes as fraud then
