    Develop a Metro like GUI?

    I'm trying to develop a graphic user interface for a program similar to Metro UI (with similar effects, etc...)
    My question here is if someone has tried it or he is trying to make it. If not, I would pay to someone that can program it. It's to make a dictionary with a similar interface.
    It doesn't matter if it's made in VB2010, VB2008 or VB2005. It has to work on XP, 7 and 8.
