I may have asked this question already, but...
My client is in need of a good revision control system for WinNT/2K. They don't want to use VSS, and the only product I know about (but haven't used) is CVS, and not very good under Windows.
They need to control VB/VC++ projects as well as ASPs and JavaScript source files among half a dozen people.

If you have the money and the resource, ClearCase might be the option (tho i'm not sure if it is justified with only 6 people).
PVCS is another option, but personaly i wouldn't trust it any more than VSS (i reckon the port from unix is broken).

One thing to watch out for with ClearCase - if the server goes down all the clients lock up and refuse to acknowledge that it's gone and get over it. They just sit there until it's back. You have to hit the reset button to kill them.
