    Unhappy Msdn?

    My friend who is using Visual Basic 6.0 wanted to know why when he hits F1 in Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 it says MSDN Library not found. I tried looking on the Microsoft MSDN site for him to download it but I dont see it. Can you help us out?

    You have to buy the MSDN Library if you want it on your computer.

    He probably didn't install it when he install VB on his computer. You cannot download it, it's well over 1 GB, if not 2.

    It will most likely be on CD, my version of VB came with 4 CDs total.

    1 = Main VB 6 CD
    2 = MSDN Library
    3 = MSDN Library
    4 = Samples CD

    That sux, he only got 2, VB6.0 and this other one. No MSDN that i KNow of. How much does that MSDN Help File for Visual Studio 6.0 Cost?

    Can someone tell me how much the MSDN Library for VB6.0 Costs? and if its too much is there a book of some sort that explains as much as the help file?

    you get it for free from Microsoft, Just Sign up for MSDN Subscription.
    Signing up is free for VS6 Or VB6 Owners.
    You just give the Serial # and you get one in the mail for free.
