Hello, my question is that, is there a web listing of references or an easy way to search for them?

I have tried to look for services using a search engine, but nothing comes up.

At the momment i am looking for a Dictionary and a Weather service for the UK, but i would like access to a website listing/search so i do not have to keep writing forum posts...
